A detailed overview of my technical skills, based on the technologies, systems, and implementation challenges I work with in practice.

Technical Troubleshooting

I investigate complex technical issues by tracing them back to their root cause rather than focusing only on visible symptoms. My approach involves understanding the system architecture, validating configurations, inspecting data flows and payloads, isolating individual components, and identifying where expected behavior begins to break down. I work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn findings into practical next steps.

API Integrations

I work with API-based integrations in the context of marketing technology, measurement, and CRM connectivity. My experience includes understanding API requests and responses, working with endpoints and authentication concepts, inspecting JSON payloads, mapping data between systems, and troubleshooting integration issues. I regularly use tools such as Meta Graph API Explorer and work with developers implementing API-based solutions.

Server-Side Tracking

I work with server-side measurement implementations, including Meta Conversions API and server-side Google Tag Manager environments. My experience includes designing and troubleshooting event flows, event mapping, parameter configuration, user data handling and hashing, browser/server event deduplication, and identifiers such as fbc and fbp.

Data Flows & Data Mapping

I analyze how data originates, moves between systems, is transformed, and reaches its destination. I work with event schemas, parameters, payload structures, CRM data, browser and server-side data sources, and mappings between different platforms. A key part of my troubleshooting approach is identifying exactly where in a data flow information becomes missing, incorrect, or inconsistent.

CRM Integrations

I work with integrations that connect CRM data with marketing and measurement platforms. My experience includes CRM-to-Meta Conversions API implementations and solutions involving platforms such as Zapier and Make, as well as working with customer environments using systems such as Bitrix24 and amoCRM. I help determine which data should be transferred, how it should be mapped, and how integration issues can be diagnosed.

Google Tag Manager

I use Google Tag Manager for technical implementation and troubleshooting, including tags, triggers, variables, data layer inspection, event configuration, and custom mapping logic. I also work with GTM-based server-side implementations and use GTM to investigate how data is collected and passed between websites and measurement platforms.

GA4

I work with GA4 primarily in the context of measurement implementations and integrations between Google Analytics and Meta. My experience includes reviewing GA4 configurations, understanding event and parameter structures, working with GA4 data flows, and troubleshooting setups where GA4 data is used as part of a broader measurement architecture.

JSON

I read and work with JSON structures when investigating API requests, responses, event payloads, and integration configurations. I am comfortable navigating nested objects, identifying relevant fields and values, understanding data structures, and diagnosing problems caused by missing, incorrectly formatted, or incorrectly mapped data.

Event Tracking & Measurement

I help businesses implement and troubleshoot event-based measurement solutions across browser and server environments. My work includes defining and validating event configurations, reviewing parameters and identifiers, identifying measurement gaps, improving data quality, and ensuring that events represent the business actions they are intended to measure.

Solution Design

I translate business and measurement requirements into practical technical solutions. This involves understanding the customer's existing environment, identifying available data sources and system constraints, evaluating possible implementation approaches, and defining a solution that can realistically be implemented within that environment.

Technical Implementation

I work on technical implementations that connect systems, data sources, and measurement technologies. My role includes understanding the existing technical environment, translating requirements into an implementation approach, identifying dependencies and constraints, and working with technical teams to ensure that the solution functions as intended.

Technical Documentation

I create and contribute to technical documentation that makes complex implementation processes easier to understand and reproduce. I focus on documenting not only what needs to be done, but also the logic behind the implementation, dependencies, expected data flows, and troubleshooting steps.

Python

I have working knowledge of Python and use it for small development, data-processing, and automation projects. My experience includes Pandas, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Django, working with APIs, processing structured data, and building small applications and scripts. I am comfortable reading and understanding Python code and use AI-assisted development tools when building projects beyond my current coding proficiency.

SQL

I have working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. I can write and understand queries for retrieving, filtering, joining, and analyzing structured data, and I have experience working with SQLite in application development. My SQL experience is practical but not at the level of a dedicated data engineer or database specialist.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

I work across the boundary between business and technical teams. In my current role, I regularly collaborate with marketers, business stakeholders, and developers, helping translate business objectives into technical requirements and technical constraints into understandable decisions.

Technical Consulting

I conduct approximately 20–25 technical consultations per week with businesses across EMEA, ranging from smaller advertisers to enterprise and global organizations. I analyze technical environments, clarify requirements, recommend implementation approaches, troubleshoot existing solutions, and work directly with development teams when deeper technical involvement is required.

Training & Mentoring

I have experience mentoring colleagues, supporting onboarding, explaining technical concepts, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives. As a Subject Matter Expert, I also served as an escalation point for complex cases and helped colleagues develop structured troubleshooting approaches.
